Based on the details you provide, we’ll prepare the required listing forms for signature and coordinate electronic delivery,  ensuring your documentation is complete, compliant, and ready for next steps. 

$275 per MLS Upload

 Once we receive your signed listing paperwork and photos, TCDesk manages the rest — from uploading to your MLS board(s) (Matrix, PropTx, or REALM) to entering showing instructions into your appointment platform and uploading required documents to your brokerage system. We ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness so your listing hits the market seamlessly and professionally.

 Offer Preparation – $149 

Ready to draft an offer, sometimes you’re just not at your desk, or the timing couldn't be worse. TCDesk provides professional offer preparation services to keep you moving. Based on the details you provide, we’ll prepare the necessary forms and ensure your offer is properly formatted, compliant, and ready for your review. 

$225 per Transaction Coordination

From accepted offer to closing day, we manage the entire process — tracking deadlines, paperwork, compliance, and communication. Our experienced transaction coordinators handle document management, reminders, and conveyance, keeping everything on track so you can stay focused on your business.

Template Kit Setup – $99

Start every transaction with confidence and consistency. Whether you use Webforms or Skyslope Forms, we’ll create a customized Template Kit with your most-used forms — properly labeled and ready to go.  This one-time setup ensures everything is organized for quick access and seamless preparation, so your transactions are consistent and stress-free from the start.
