We provide professional transaction support for REALTORS®, including - listing agreements, offer drafting & signing, and transaction uploads to your brokerage transaction management system. Systems like NexOne, Skyslope and Lone Wolf.
Our pricing is simple and transparent. Each agent on our client roster receives a straightforward, simplified price list, so there’s no guessing what you’ll be billed. You can count on clear, predictable invoicing for each transaction or request for work.
For after-hours or urgent requests, our team will reach out in advance before commencing work.
TCDesk operates on a pay-as-you-go system. Once your transaction has been uploaded to your brokerage’s transaction management system (TMS), we’ll issue an invoice that clearly identifies the service provided. Each invoice includes HST details and the property address, making it easy to track expenses and keep your accountant happy.
We accept e-transfer, as well as secure credit card and bank transfer payments directly through your invoice. No processing fees — just easy, convenient, and secure payment options.
Becoming a client starts with connection. When you reach out through our contact form, we’ll return your call to learn more about you and your business. If we feel you can benefit from our services, we’ll forward the service agreement. Within 24 hours, we'll email you confirmation of being added to TCDesk's Client Roster.
We aim to complete tasks within one business day, often are completed within a few hours. Rush requests accommodated when possible. Just reach out.
