TCDesk provides professional admin support for Ontario real estate professionals — from solo agents to growing teams and busy brokerages. We're here to help you simplify your workflow, streamline your process, and succeed in your real estate business.


We offer professional back-office support for Ontario real estate agents, including MLS® uploads, transaction coordination, Skyslope training, and Canva workshops, brand kits & design support. 


We offer flat-rate, pay-as-you-go pricing for individual agents, and monthly invoicing for established teams and brokerages.


  • MLS® Upload: $249 
  • 2nd MLS® on Dual Boards: $149 
  • Transaction Coordination: $249 
  • Training (Skyslope or Canva): $149/hour


E-transfer is our most convenient and cost-effective option. Credit card payments are also welcome, though a small processing fee may apply.


Becoming a client is easy. Start by reaching out through our contact form. We’ll send you our service agreement, gather your brokerage and board details, confirm your communication preferences, and activate your profile. You’ll be up and running within 1–2 business days. 


We aim to complete tasks within one business day. Rush requests may be accommodated when possible. Just reach out.


 We provide reliable support when internal admin resources are stretched thin. Whether you're dealing with seasonal spikes, personal leave, or simply a high volume of listings, TCDesk can help your admin team stay on track.


We offer flexible services for Ontario-based teams and brokerages — including MLS® uploads, transaction coordination, and training — with optional monthly invoicing for added convenience.
