TCDesk is a team of experienced real estate admin professionals focused on supporting REALTORS®. From solo agents to growing teams and busy brokerages, our work includes drafting listing agreements & offers, processing new MLS® listings and sales with your board and brokerage TMS (transaction management system). We're here to help you simplify your workflow, streamline your process, and succeed in remaining client focused. 


We offer professional back-office support for REALTORS®, including MLS® uploads, transaction coordination,  listing agreement and offer drafting, Webforms & Skyslope forms set-up, Skyslope training, and Canva workshops, brand kits & design support.

We accept e-transfer, as well as secure credit card and bank transfer payments directly through your invoice. No processing fees — just easy, convenient, and secure payment options. 


Becoming a client is easy. Start by reaching out through our contact form. We’ll send you our service agreement, gather your brokerage and board details, confirm your communication preferences, and activate your profile. You’ll be up and running within 1 business day. 


We aim to complete tasks within one business day, but often are completed within a few hours. Rush requests may be accommodated when possible. Just reach out.


 We provide reliable support when internal admin resources are stretched thin. Whether you're dealing with seasonal spikes, personal leave, or simply a high volume of listings, TCDesk can help keep your team listings and offers moving in the right direction.
